摘  要:在孔深60μm直径200nm的通孔氧化铝模板中,采用恒电流沉积法制备了钯镍与钯银合金纳米线阵列、用扫描电子显微镜和X-射线能谱仪表征纳米线的形貌和成分、研究结果表明:Pd-Ni合金纳米线中镍的含量随着电流密度的增大而增加,电流密度在0.6~1.0mA·cm^-2之间时,合金纳米线中镍的质量分数变化范围为7.89%~15.21%;Pd-Ag合金纳米线中银的质量分数随着电流密度的增大而减少,电流密度在2.0~3.0mA·cm^-2之间时,合金中银的质量分数变化范围为22.88%~16.55%、获得的钯合金纳米线线条均匀连续、结晶致密,长径比高达250.Pd-Ni and Pd-Ag alloy nanowires arrays have been fabricated in the nanopores of anodic aluminum oxide template with 200 nm in diameter and 60μm in depth by galvanostatic electrodeposition. Scanning electron microscopy and Energy-dispersive X-ray analysis were employed to characterize the morphologies and compositions of Pd-alloy nanowires. Research results show that Pd-Ni alloy nanowire arrays with 7.89 % - 15.21% (mass) nickel can be fabricated by applying current density ranging from 0.6- 1.0 mA ·cm^-2 Nickel contents in Pd-Ni alloy nanowires will ascend with the increase of current density. Pd-Ag alloy nanowire arrays with 22.88% - 16. 55% (mass) silver can be obtained by applying current density ranging from 2. 0 - 3. 0 mA·cm^-2, the silver contents in Pd-Ag alloy nanowires will decrease with the increase of current density. SEM images show that the alloy nanowire arrays are continuous, parallel and well-aligned, compact crystal, with an aspect ratio of 250.
