摘  要:目的对体外留置肝靶向性给药途径的大鼠动脉插管模型进行改进,并探讨建立此模型的技术要点。方法在10倍手术显微镜下,采用特制内径0.5 mm导管(由硬膜外麻醉导管加工而成)经胃十二指肠动脉剪口处插入肝动脉血管内,逆行到达肝固有动脉开口处后留置导管并固定。结果20只大鼠造模,成功者17只,成功率为85%。结论改进型大鼠肝动脉插管并体外留置模型较以往造模方法简单,并提高了模型成功率,技术易于推广,可应用于抗肝肿瘤、肝衰竭等靶向性给药的研究。Objective To improve the model of hepatic artery (HA) catheter and detain the catheter in vitro in rats, and approach the skill keys and value of establishing the model. Method Under the operation microscope(10×), a self-made catheter with 0.5mm ID, developed by peridural anesthetic catheter, was intubated into hepatic artery, through gastroduodenal artery, then the catheter was retained and fixed in rats. Result 20 rats were used to establish the model, in which 17 rats model were successful, the ratio was 85%. Conclusion The improved model is much easily established and achievement ratio is higher than others, which may be used to study on targeting administration in curing liver tumor or hepatic failure.
