摘　　要：目的建立木香饮片挥发油指纹图谱。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法建立木香挥发油指纹图谱。结果所建立的挥发油指纹图谱,有色谱峰约50个,其中特征峰10个。共有峰的相对保留时间RSD的平均值为0.81%。结论该指纹图谱方法简便,重复性好,为木香饮片提供了一种可行质控方法。Objective To establish the fingerprints for the volatile oil of A ucklandia lappa Decne. Methods The fingerprints were developed with capillary gas chromatography. Results The fingerprints was consisted of 50 color peaks in which there were 10 characteristic peaks, and the mean value of communal peak RSD was 0.81%. Conclusion The method to establish the fingerprints is uncomplicated with good repeatability and can be used to control the qualities of A ucklandia lappa Decne.
