九香止泻肠溶片对副溶血弧菌活性及小鼠小肠功能亢进模型的影响  被引量:9

摘  要:目的探讨九香止泻肠溶片对副溶血弧菌活性以及对新斯的明所致的小鼠小肠功能亢进的影响。方法采用琼脂扩散法测定抑菌圈直径,液体培基测定法与平皿倾注法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC);给小鼠皮下注射甲硫酸新斯的明0.15 mg/kg造成小肠功能亢进造模,灌胃10%炭末生理盐水,测定小肠推进率。结果九香止泻肠溶片在50 mg/mL浓度对副溶血弧菌表现出较强的抗菌作用,其作用优于肠康片,MIC为50 mg/mL,MBC为500 mg/mL;与模型组比较,九香止泻肠溶片各剂量组小肠推进率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中高剂量组明显优于肠康组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论九香止泻肠溶片具有显著的抗副溶血弧菌活性、抑制小肠功能亢进作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Jiuxiang Zhixie granule (JZG) on vibrio parahaemolyticus activity and the small intestinal hyperfunction induced by neostigmine in mice. Methods The diameter size of inhibition circle was measured with agar diffusions, and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) were de tected with fluid medium determination method; The model was induced by hypodermic injec tion 0.15 mg/kg of neostigmine methylsulfate, and the pushing rate of small intestine in mice was measured after intragastric infusion with 10% Charcoal-powder saline. Results JZG.in 50 mg/ml concentration was stronger to inhibit and kill vibrio parahaemolyticus, which was more effective than Changkang tablet. The MIC concentration was 50 mg/ml, the MBC concentration 500 mg/mL. Compared with the model group, the ,pushing rate of small intestine in each dosage of JZG group was lower obviously (P〈0.05). The medium and high dosage groups were more effective than that in Changkang group (P〈0.05). Conclusions JZG is very effective to in hibit activity of vibrio parahaemolyticus, and depress the propellent function of small intestine.
