摘 要:目的探讨眩晕定方对兔血管性眩晕气虚血瘀证模型血液流变学和脑血流图的影响。方法建立实验性血管性眩晕气虚血瘀证家兔模型,以西比灵胶囊为阳性对照药进行比较,观察眩晕定方干预前后血液流变学和脑血流图等改变情况。结果眩晕定方作用于气虚血瘀型血管性眩晕动物模型后,中剂量组全血黏度中切为2.56±0.15,高切为3.20±0.26;分别低于西比灵对照组的3.45±0.13、4.92±0.23;差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);中剂量组脑血流图速率(V)为(0.009 2±0.002 4)Ω,高于西比灵组的(0.007 6±0.001 8)Ω,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论眩晕定方可有效增加该模型兔的脑血流量,降低血液黏度。Objective To investigate the effect of Xuanyunding(XYD), a formula of Chinese drugs for dizziness, on REG and blood rheology in vascular vertiginous model rabbit with the pattern of Qi deficiency and blood stasis (QDBS). Methods The vascular vertiginous model rabbits with QDBS were prepared, and compared with medicine sibelium, the effects of XYD on REG and blood rheology in these models were evaluated. Results The blood rheological scores in treatment group with middle dosage were respectively 2.56±0.15 and 3.20±0.26,while these in control group were respectively 3.45±0.13 and 4.92±0.23, the differences were significant (P〈 0.01) between them. The REG velocity score in treatment group with middle dosage were 0.0092±0.0024,while that in control group were 0.007 6±0.001 8, the differences were significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion XYD is effective to increase blood volume and decrease blood viscosity in brain circulation.
