摘　　要：目的比较同一产地不同采收时期白术挥发油及含量的动态变化,确定白术的最佳采收时期,为中药材白术的质量控制提供科学依据。方法采用超临界CO2萃取白术中挥发油成分,并利用气相色谱质谱联用技术对其进行研究。结果10月底、11月初时期白术的挥发油总含量和苍术酮含量最高。结论湖南产白术的最佳采收时期为10月底、11月初。Objective To compare the dynamic changes of the content and constituents of volatice oil from Atractylodes macrocephala koidz in different gathering times, determine the best gathering time limit, and provide a basis for quality control of Atractylodes macrocepha- lakoidz. Methods Volatice oil was extracted from Atractylodes macrocephala koidz with the supercritical-CO2 fluid extraction （SFE-CO2） analyzed it＇s chemical constituents. Results The content of volatice oil from Atractylodes macrocephala koidz gathered in the last ten days of October and first ten days of November was the highest. Conclusion The best gathering periods of Atractylodes macrocephala koidz are the last ten days of October and first ten days of November.
