摘　　要：简要介绍了平网印花机的工作过程,并设计了用于平网印花机印花单元筛框自动升降的液压系统;较详细地研究了系统的工作原理、结构设计及液压元件型号的选取.在实际生产过程中,此液压系统可以方便地调节筛框升降时间,满足不同的工艺需要,运行平稳性好,对机器振动小,生产效率高,设计合理可靠.The paper briefly introduces the work process of flat screen printer. The hydraulic system for screen frame automatic elevation of flat screen printer is designed, including its working principle, structure design and the selection of hydraulic component. Actual use results prove that the hydraulic system can adjust frame lift-time conveniently and has some advantages such as running smoothly, little vibration etc. The design method is feasible and reliable.
