摘 要:目前,绿色供应链管理战略已经成为许多发达国家企业在国际化竞争中的致胜法宝。然而,由于环境意识相对不高以及国家相关法律法规不健全及执法不力,中国大多数企业还没有实施绿色供应链管理战略。随着中国入世以及全球绿色竞争的加剧,中国制造企业如果还不积极采取这一战略,势必会在国际竞争中处于劣势。针对这一现状,本文在结合国内外绿色供应链管理文献的基础上,对中国制造企业绿色供应链管理动力/压力因素进行了统计分析,目的在于识别促使中国企业实施绿色供应链管理的动力/压力因素所在,从而为相关部门制定相关政策及企业开展绿色供应链管理提供参考。In recent years, Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) has become an important strategy which plays a very critical role in achieving and maintaining competitiveness for many manufacturers in developed countries. Most Chinese manufacturers, however, have not yet realized the importance of GSCM due to their low environmental awareness as well as less strict environmental laws and poorer implementation. After China' s entry into the WTO and the increasing global green competition, Chinese manufacturers will lose market if they don't actively implement this strategy. Based on a statistics analysis, this paper identifies drivers/pressure which affect manufacturers to implement the GSCM strategy and analyzes their relative importance. The findings can be used as a decision support for relevant government agencies to set up GSCM-related regulations and laws as well as for manufacturers to initiate their GSCM practices.
