摘　　要：复杂零件的淬火变形是不可避免的,用常规方法很难控制变形。通过工艺分析及试验,采用密封箱式多用炉淬火解决了变形难题。The quenching deformation of complex sections can not be avoided because it is not easy to control the deformation with conventional method. By means of technology analysis and experiment, the deformation problem is solved by adopting the method of quenching in the sealed type and multipurpose furnace.
