摘 要:通过对目前港区现有消防设备的研究,借鉴国内外油库区、油码头消防系统,用系统工程原理,应用局域网络技术及PLC技术,研发出了适用于新港油品作业场所的集消防预警子系统、消防中心控制子系统、消防灭火动作执行子系统于一体的高效、可靠、先进的消防系统,该系统以较低的成本最大限度将新港的消防设备及资源整合起来,形成一个有机的体系,极大地提高消防灭火的准确性、可靠性及反应速度。该系统7年来在新港十几项工程中全面采用,经几十次实验、演习获得成功,为新港乃至其他港油品消防系统的设计提供了借鉴。According to the study on the existed fire fighting equipment in port, using fire protection systems of oil tank areas and oil terminals in China and abroad for reference, basing on the principle of systematic engineering, and applying LAN and PLC techniques, we developed the efficient, reliable and advanced fire protecting system which integrates fire-protection early-warning subsystem, fire protection control subsystem, and fire-fighting execution subsystem applicable to oil products operating site of the New Port. This system integrates the fire-protecting equipment and resource of the New port efficiently with less cost to form an organic system, and increase greatly the accuracy, reliability and reaction speed of fire fighting. In the past 7 years, the system was applied successfully in dozens of engineering and thus may serve as a reference for fire protecting system design of the New Port and other ports.
