三虎丸对佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清IL-1、TNF-α和PGE_2的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨三虎丸对佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型白细胞介素IL-1、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)活性的影响。方法:建立佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型,用放射免疫法检测血清TNF-α和IL-1活性和PGE2的含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组、益肾蠲痹丸组、三虎丸组TNF-α、IL-1和PGE2的含量均有增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与模型组比较,益肾蠲痹丸组、三虎丸组TNF-α、IL-1和PGE2的含量均有下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),益肾蠲痹丸组与三虎丸组比较,TNF-α、IL-1和PGE2的含量均有不同程度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三虎丸能控制佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清中的IL-1、TNF-α、PGE2等炎症介质的活性,对类风湿关节炎具有治疗作用。Objective： To explore the effects of Sanhu Pill on IL - 1, TNF -α and PGE2 in serum of rat with adjuvant - induced arthritis（AA）. Methods ： The AA model was established. Radio - immunity was used to determine the contents of IL - 1, TNF - αand PGE2. Results ： Compared with normal group, all the contents of these targets increased in model group, Yishenjuanbi pill group and Sanhu pill group, the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0, 01 ） ; while compared with model group, the contents of these decreased in Yishenjuanbi pill group and Sanhu pill group, the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） ; Yishenjuanbi pill group vs Sanhu pill group, the contents of these decreased with different degree, the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Sanhu pill can control the activity of IL - 1, TNF - α and PGE2 in serum of rat with AA, with therapeutic effects on rheumatoid arthritis.
