摘  要:以脂肪酸、树脂酸、甘油三脂为模型物,研究了不同树脂组分、pH值、钙离子和温度对树脂沉积行为的影响,以及在钙离子存在下pH值对酸性组分沉积物组成的影响。结果表明,无钙离子存在时,低pH值时树脂沉积较严重,随pH值的升高,沉积趋势降低;钙离子的存在,加剧了树脂的沉积。pH值是影响酸性组分形成钙皂的关键因素,低pH值时沉积物中几乎不含有钙皂,随pH值的升高,沉积物中钙皂的含量提高,并且沉积物的黏性显著增加。甘油三脂沉积物中几乎不含无机成分,但在pH值4.5~8.5范围内,钙离子的存在明显加剧了其沉积行为。温度对树脂酸组分影响较大,温度升高,树脂酸黏性提高,沉积性增加。By using model compounds of a fatty acid, resin acid and triglyceride, the effects of different composition of resin, pH value, calcium ion and temperature on the depositing behavior of the resin as well as the effect of pH value on the acidic composition of the deposit with the presence of calcium ion were investigated. The results showed that for the colloidal resin without calcium ion, the deposit is relatively serious at lower pH value and with the increase of pH value the depositing tendency decreases gradually. The presence of calcium ion results in more serious deposit of resin, pH value is the key factor influencing the acid resin to form calcium soap. Hardly calcium soap can be found in deposit at lower pH value and with the increase of pH value, not only the content of calcium soap increases in the deposit but also the stickability of the deposit is enhanced obviously. There is no any inorganic ingredient in the deposit of triglyceride composition. However at the range of pH value 4.5-8.5, the depositing behavior of triglyceride becomes more severe when calcium ion is present. The effect of temperature on the depositing of acidic composition of the resin is more significant, and with the increase of temperature the depositing behavior is enhanced due to the stickability increase.
