正常儿童肺静脉血流频谱分析

摘　　要：应用脉冲式多普勒超声心动图检测40例正常儿童肺静脉血流频谱。结果显示肺静脉血流呈正向双峰型或三峰型，负向单峰型。收缩期平均最大血流速度小于舒张期平均最大血流速度，S／D＜1。本研究提示儿童肺静脉血流检测简便易行，可做为小儿心功能评价的间接指标。Pulsed Deppler echocardiography was used to detect the pulmonary venous flow pattern (PVFP) in 40normal children. The results showed two or three forward waves and single negative orientated weve patterns. Tbe meansystolic maximal velocity is lower than diastolic, S/D<1. This study suggests that the children PVFP was obtained easily.it can indirectly be used to evaluate the cardiec funetion of children.
