摘 要:通过对液压调直切断机的切断过程进行研究,分析了影响液压调直切断机工作范围的相关因素,建立了数学模型,推导了切断机正常工作需要满足的时间关系,以及钢筋送进中失稳的位置及条件.提出通过选择变速驱动、适当加大吊重、调整光电开关的相对位置等措施,使改良切断机最短工作范围满足800 mm^1 000 mm的长度要求.The reinforced steel bar straightening and cutting machine's working process and the correlative factors which restricts the machine's working area were analyzed. The mathematic model was established. The time relations which machine need when it works normally were inferred, as well as the losing stabiliza- tion' s position and condition which reinforced steel bar may occur when moveing forward. Some improvement suggestions were put forward including using shifting transmission, increasing the beetling balance weight, adjusting the position of photoelectric controlling system. The working region of cutting machine is fit for 800 mm-1 000 mm by the above improvement.
