摘　　要：运用文献资料法分析群众性多元化体育服务体系的形成背景,对其概念进行界定,并进一步分析其基本内涵、基本特征、体系划分、构建目标,探讨其具有的社会功能。群众性多元化体育服务体系构建的基本目标是实现全民族健康素质的明显提高。The forming background of mass multiple character sports service system was analyzed with the adoption of literature method. Its concept was defined, and its basic connotation, basic character, system partition, construction objective were analyzed. Furthermore, its social function was discussed. It was pointed out that the basic object of construction of mass character sports service system was to improve the physical quality of the whole nation.
