医院医疗设备企业化管理探索

摘　　要：现代医院的发展,从技术层面上看对医疗设备的依赖性越来越大,其固定资产的比例由以前占医院固定资产的20%～30%上升到50%～70%。一所医院引进的1台先进设备往往可能会带动整个医院某个方面技术水平的跃升。医疗设备技术促使医疗收入的升高正成为必然,且有愈来愈大的发展空间。因而,对如何做好医疗设备技术保障愈显凸出的现状,提出了医院医疗设备企业化管理的要求、目标和过程,为现代化医院管理在医疗设备方面做了有益的探索。In terms of technology,modern development of a hospital is increasingly reliant on the update of medical equipment,the fixed assets of which have now taken up 50%～70%of the total,increasing from 20～30% formerly.It is not unusual that a hospital promotes the overall level of technology in one aspect through introducing an advanced equipment.So the revenue brought by the adoption of medical equipment has increased inevitably,and will keep the trend with more momentum.Therefore,it is becoming more and more important to do the maintenance of the equipment well.This article presents the requirements,goal and procedure of enterprise-pattern management of medical equipment in a hospital and makes exploration in the field of hospital modern management concerning medical equipment.
