摘　　要：目的:探讨新型医疗装备心肺复苏担架培训的效果。方法:受训学员按3个层次进行学习,基础训练巩固新知识;综合训练形成技能;思维训练发展智能。结果:通过层次训练、理论考核,优良达93.4%,技术操作考核达95.3%。结论:科学的训练方法,有利于新装备新设备与使用者同步发展、同步提高。Objective To investigate the training effectiveness of the new-style medical equipment,namely HLR（heart-lung resuscitator）.Methods All the trainees were taught or trained by three steps： basic training for aggrandizing the new knowledge,comprehensive training for forming the skill,and thinking training for developing the intelligence.Results After training,the excellent rate of the theoretical examination was 93.4%,and the operating skill 95.3%.Conclusion Scientific training approach helps the medical equipment users simultaneously develop along with the medical equipment.
