摘 要:目的探讨生态营养对重型颅脑损伤后大鼠胃黏膜溃疡指数(UI)、血清和胃黏膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法建立大鼠重型颅脑损伤模型,将74只Sprague—Dawley大鼠随机分为健康对照组(C组5只)、创伤对照组(Ⅰ组,23只)、肠内营养组(EN组,23只)和生态营养组(EC组,23只)。分别于创伤喂养后第1,3,5天取标本进行相关指标的检测。采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和硫代巴比妥酸法分别检测血清和黏膜中的SOD和MDA含量,计算胃溃疡指数(UI)。结果EN组创伤喂养3,5dUI与Ⅰ组相比下降明显(P〈0.01)。EC组与Ⅰ组相比3个时相点UI均明显下降(P〈0.01)。EC组与EN组相比创伤喂养3,5dUI下降显著(P〈0.05)。EC组、EN组、Ⅰ组与C组相比,血清和胃黏膜SOD都显著下降,EN组和Ⅰ组与C组相比MDA升高明显(P〈0.01)。EC组创伤喂养3,5d血清MDA与C组相比升高不明显(P〉0.05)。EC组、EN组与Ⅰ组比创伤喂养3,5d血清与胃黏膜SOD活性明显增强、MDA含量显著下降(P〈0.05)。EC组在创伤喂养1dSOD、MDA含量与EN组比较差异无统计学意义,其余2个时相点血液和胃黏膜中SOD活性明显增强、MDA显著下降(P〈0.05)。结论大鼠重型颅脑损伤后补充含益生菌的生态营养可显著增强血清和胃黏膜中SOD活性,从而促进清除血清和胃黏膜中MDA的能力,保护胃黏膜。Objective In order to know the influence of econution on the level of uler index SOD and MDA of serum and gastric mucosa among white rats with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods Set up the model of severe cranioeerebral injury of white rats at first, and then divided 74 white rates with severe craniocerebral injury into the control group (5 cases), the injury group (23 cases), the enteral nutrition group(23 cases) and the econutrition group(23 cases) randomly. The level of SOD and MDA in serum and gastric mucosa were examined at the time points of the first, the third and the fifth day after injury and calculated uler index. Results The uler indexes in the enteral nutrition and the econutrition group were lower than those of in injury group respectively, the SOD activity in serum and gastric mucosa ingnificantly increased in the econutrition group than those of in the enteral nutrition group and the injury group, P〈 0.05. The content of MDA got lower than that of in the enteral nutrition group and the injury group. The amount of SOD in enteral nutrition group was larger than that of in the injury group, while the activity of MDA decreased in the econtrition and the enteral nutrition group. Conclusion Econutrition can significantly enhance SOD activity of blood serum and gastric mucosa in severe craniocerebral injury rats, and then accelerate MDA elimination ability to decease the uler index.
