摘　　要：目的介绍以网络技术为支撑，通过电子病历实现医院各部门间患者药物过敏性信息管理，促进患者安全管理。方法电子病历通过在护士工作站输入患者的药物过敏信息，并和电子药物字典和药物过敏信息的数据库相关联，达到自动限制电子医嘱中相关过敏性药物的输入，从而防止用药差错的发生。结果电子病历提高了医疗工作效率，降低了医疗差错发生率，应用前后比较差异有统计学意义。结论通过电子化的患者药物过敏信息管理有利于提高护理安全管理。Objective In order to know the effects of electric medical history using for information management about drug allergy, and then guarantee safety for patients. Methods Put related drug allergy information into the computer to form the integrated electric medical history to minimize the mistakes. Results Using the electric medical history about drug allergy in clinical practice could effectively minimized the mistakes, the difference of incidence rate of errors before and after using this system was significant. Conclusion Application of electric medical history for information management about drug allergy in clinical practice can effectively guarantee the safety for patients.
