全肩胛骨肿瘤广泛切除并行限制型肩胛骨假体置换术的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨肩关节周围恶性骨肿瘤行全肩胛骨广泛切除后进行限制型肩胛骨假体置换术的护理配合要点。方法总结了19例全肩胛骨肿瘤广泛切除并行限制型肩胛骨假体置换术患者的术中护理配合要点，包括：（1）术前对患者进行有针对性的心理护理，完善的器械、物品准备及假体的熟悉；（2）术中巡回护士注意体位摆放，静脉通路及体温的维护，合理使用多种电刀；（3）器械护士注意无菌无瘤技术、肿瘤切除时的紧密配合，假体植入时精确安装。结果19例患者手术时间为1．5～3．6h。术中失血200-400ml，围手术期未出现严重并发症。术后所有患者肩关节外形正常，肘关节功能良好。结论限制型肩胛骨假体置换术过程复杂，假体准备复杂繁琐，良好的护理配合是手术成功的重要因素。Objective In order to know the nursing and cooperative points for patients with shoulder tumor by restrictive scapula prosthesis replacement. Methods Summarized the nursing and cooperative points among 19 cases with restrictive scapula prosthesis replacement, such as preoperative psychological nursing, sufficient instrument preparation, perioperative nursing cooperation, strict asepsis, keeping normal body temperature and properly using electric sword. Results The operative time was 1.5-3.6 hours, the perioperative blood loss was 200-400ml. There was no severe complications occurring. All the patients had obtained successful operation with good function. Conclusion Careful nursing and cooperation are the guarantee for successful restrictive scapula prosthesis replacement.
