摘　　要：目的探讨静脉采血引起局部不良反应的发生原因以及相应的护理对策。方法收集2001年1月-2003年12月的74242人次献血资料作为对照组，2004年1月-2006年12月的74024人次献血资料作为实验组，并对2组局部不良反应发生情况进行比较，对发生的原因进行分析，采取了一系列的护理对策。结果实验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在采血过程中对一些存在的问题采取相应的对策，可明显减少静脉采血局部不良反应的发生，提高护理满意度。Objective In order to explore the causes of local adverse reactions during venous blood collection and the corresponding nursing measures and corresponding measures. Methods The data of local adverse reaction patients from January in 2001 to December in 2003 during venous blood collection were collected and analyzed the causes; and the series of corresponding nursing measures were taken from January in 2004 to December in 2006. Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions in posterior stage was lower than that of in anterior stage; the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking the corresponding nursing measures for some existent problems can significantly decrease the occurrence of local adverse reactions during venous blood collection, improve the satisfaction degree of nursing.
