应用Fe^(3+)和Al^(3+)溶液改良戊二醛处理牛心包瓣的实验研究

摘  要:应用三氯化铁(FeCl3)和三氯化铝(AlCl3)溶液对戊二醛(GA)处理的牛心包瓣进行改良处理。探讨处理后牛心包力学特性(热缩温度、应力保留值、断裂极限拉应力及断裂应变)及在大鼠皮下钙化情况。结果表明:AlCl3及FeCl3改良处理组牛心包热收缩温度与GA组心包无显著性差异(P<0.05),较未处理磷酸缓冲液(PBS)组有极显著提高(P<0.01)。改良处理不影响GA处理心包的力学效应,各力学指标与GA组比较无显著差异(均为P>0.05),FeCl3、AlCl3。改良处理极显著抑制GA组心包钙化发生(P<0.01)。大鼠皮下埋植期间,Fe(3+)、Al(3+)改良处理组心包内Al(3+)、Fe(3+)无明显丢失。This study was designed to assess the ability of modified treatment respectively with 0.1 mol/L FeCl3 and 0. 1 mol/L AlCl3, solution to inhibit the calcification of glutaraldehyde(GA)-fixed bovine pericardial valves implanted subcutaneously in rats and test the mechanical properties, such as stress remaining, ultimate tensile stress and strain at fracture, and shrinkage temperature of the valves after different treatments. The results demonstrated that the mechanical properties and shrinkage temperature of the valves respectively treated with GA plus FeCl3, and GA plus AlCl3 showed no significant difference from those of the GA-fixed valves (P>0. 05). Modified treatment with FeCl3, or AlCl3, could significantly inhibit the calcification of the bovine pericardial leaflets (P<0. 01, as compared with GA valves). The content of Fe3+ and Al3+did not lose from the valves treated respectively with FeCl3, and AlCl3 solution throughout the whole implanted period.
