摘 要:目的 了解宁夏阿拉善黄鼠疫源地鼠疫疫情动态,为制定鼠疫预防控制策略、科学开展防治工作提供依据。方法 按照甘肃、宁夏两省(区)《鼠疫监测工作方案》和国家《动物鼠疫监测标准》,对1999—2005年宁夏3县(区)14个乡镇56个行政村进行人间鼠疫监测和阿拉善黄鼠密度、体蚤调查及鼠疫血清学、细菌学检验。结果 7年来,未发现鼠疫病人;阿拉善黄鼠平均密度1.59只/hm2.体蚤指数1.65匹/只,染蚤率55.08%;从阿拉善黄鼠、五趾跳鼠、花鼠、蒙古兔等检出鼠疫血清阳性33份,阳性率0.12%.滴度在1:20~1:2560:鼠疫细菌学检验为阴性。结论 宁夏阿拉善黄鼠疫源地局部有鼠间鼠疫流行,鼠疫控制应以科学监测为主.落实灭鼠灭蚤、宣传教育等综合措施。Objective To study plague prevailing tendency in Citelhts daschanicus foci in Ningxia in order to make countermeasures for preventing and controlling plague. Methods According to The Working Scheme for Plague Surveillance of Ningxia and Gansu and The Surveillance Standard for Plague Epizootic of China, human plague monitoring and the Citellus alaschanicus density, the body flea index and the plague serology, bacterium examination were carried out in 56 administrative village of 14 townships in 3 counties (districts) of Ningxia during 1999 - 2005. Results In the recent 7 years, no plague patient was found. The average Citelhts alaschanicus density was 1.59 per hectare, the Citellus alaschanicus had 1.65 flea per body at a flea infection rate of 55.08%, 33 samples of serum were found to be plague positive from Citellus alaschanicus, Allactaga sibtrica, Eutamias sibiricus and Lepus capensts etc. The rate of positive plague serum was 0.12%, the titer being 1 : 20 - 1 : 2560. The test of the plague bacterium was negative. Conclusions In the past 7 years, the plague spreads among rats in parts of Ningxia. To control plague, scientific monitoring should be carried out as a main management assisted by extinguishing of rats and fleas, educating the public the relative knowledge.
