中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水临床疗效。方法:设治疗组40例,对照组38例,治疗组除常规对症治疗,另予活血化瘀、软坚散结、滋养肝肾中药方剂;对照组仅采用常规治疗方法。结果:治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为68.42%,两组比较,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水能有效改善肝功能,调节机体免疫,降低门脉高压,使腹水消退。Objective： to observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine and western medicine on treating cirrhosis abdominal dropsy. Method： 40 cases of treatment were treated with symptomatic treatment plus promoting blood flow to removing blood stasis, soften hard lumps and dispel nodes and nourishing liver and kidney drugs. 28 cases of control were treated with conventional therapy. Result ： the effective power is 87.5 % in treatment and 68.42 % in control. Conclusion： the combined Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve liver function, regulate organism immunization, cut down portal hypertension to resolve abdominal dropsy.
