熄风通络胶囊对缺血性中风患者神经功能缺损及生活能力评分影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察熄风通络胶囊对缺血性中风患者神经功能缺损及生活能力的临床疗效。方法:60例患者分为治疗组和对照组。两组中重症均采用基础疗法治疗;治疗组再加服熄风通络胶囊;对照组加服步长脑心通胶囊,共服用28 d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组与对照组在疗效比较上差别具有显著意义,P<0.05;在神经功能缺损积分、生活能力评分上、熄风通络胶囊疗效比较上,治疗组有显著意义,P<0.05。结论:熄风通络胶囊对缺血性中风患者神经功能缺损及生活能力具有较好的临床治疗效果。Objective： to investigate the effect of stopping endogenous wind and remove obstruction from collaterals capsule on neurologic impairment and viability of ischemic apoplexy patients. Method： 60 cases were divided into treatment and control. The severe case were treated with fundament therapy in two groups and treatment added stopping endogenous wind and reCMmove obstruction from collaterals capsule and control added Buchanglaoxintong capsule. 28 days were one course of treatment. Result： treatment was better in the neurologic impairment and the viability. Conclusion： the stopping endogenous wind and remove obstruction from collaterals capsule has better effection in treating neurologic impairment and viability of ischemic apoplexy.
