摘　　要：从边界扫描测试仪的功能要求入手,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的测试仪。该仪器通过PC机的打印端口将测试向量施加到被测试系统并捕获测试响应,在PC机内部,对测试响应进行分析,判断电路工作是否正常,如果有故障,则给出电路的故障类型和具体位置。From the demand of the boundary-scan tester＇ s function, a tester based on virtual instrument technology is proposed. Through the parallel port of a PC, the tester can send test vector to the PCB which should be tested and capture the response from the tested system, then the result is analyzed in the PC. Finally, a report can indict if the system is properly worked, or else the fault type and the location are also displayed on the PC screen.
