摘　　要：在高等教育蓬勃发展的大好形势下,进一步深化改革,坚持科学发展,努力提高教育质量是全社会对高等教育发展的必然要求。高等教育的改革和发展,首先必须强化师资队伍建设,在对课程体系和教学内容改革的基础上,重点对学生进行创新精神和创造能力的培养,使高等教育的质量符合新时期经济发展和社会文明进步的要求。In the favorable environment of fast development of higher education, deepening reform, sticking to scien- tific development and sparing no efforts to improve the quality is a requirement of the society to higher education. To deepen the reform and quicken the development of higher education, first of all, we must strengthen the building of teaching staff. On the basis of the reform of curriculum and the teaching content, teachers must focus on the cultiva- tion of students＇spirit and capability of innovation, so that the quality of higher education can meet the requirements of economic development and social progress of civilization of the new era.
