摘　　要：本研究运用知识工程和系统工程层次分析法,建立了一个基于农业经济技术信息服务系统。系统以WINDOWS为开发平台,综合运用数据库技术,建立了农业经济技术信息数据库;运用系统工程、软件工程实现了系统模块建设;通过高级软件开发工具将系统功能加以实现。农业经济技术信息服务系统是对农业经济技术信息实际研究、细化、综合、流程化的结晶,系统贴近农业经济技术信息实际情况,科学进行合理分类,完善了农业经济技术信息的可维护性。该系统除具有经济技术信息增删、浏览功能外,还具有用户级别和权限设置,数据备份与恢复,保障了数据的安全性、可靠性;同时该系统还可对各类信息类型加以设置,以适用于其它类型经济技术性信息自动化管理,具有良好的可扩充性。An agricultural economy and technology information system was built using the knowledge and system engineering,which was based on WINDOWS system and database.The system module construction was realized by using the system engineering and software engineering.System function was implemented by the use of advanced software tool.The system was a crystal achieved through the studying, specifying, colligating and programming of the agricultural economy and technology information,which truly reflected the fact of agricultural economy and technology information.The information was scientifically classified,and well maintained.Functions of the system included the setting up of user grade and right, data backup and comeback besides information deletion and browse to ensure the safety and reliability of the data.Furthermore,the type of information can be setup to adapt other type of economic and technologic information,which ensures grading up of the system.
