摘  要:针对某火电厂H68A凝汽器黄铜管早期腐蚀泄漏问题,本文运用拉伸力学性能测试、扫描金相一微区成分分析和X射线衍射物相分析等先进检测手段对H 68A凝汽器黄铜管内壁腐蚀特性进行观察和分析。结果表明,造成H 68A凝汽器黄铜管腐蚀泄漏的主要原因是脱锌腐蚀。并且发现铜管选材不当、使用前没有成膜处理、冷凝水质不稳定和内表面的残碳膜等是其产生脱锌腐蚀的主要因素。In the light of existent problems of original corrosion leakage of H68A condenser brass tubes in a power plant, this article analyses the corrosion characteristics of the walls of H68A condenser brass tubes under different working conditions by using metallography-energy spectrum, tensile test and XRD analysis techniques. The results show that the main cause of the original corrosion leakage of H68A condenser brass copper tubes is dezincifieation and. It is also found out that the main causes of dezineifieation of copper tubes are unsuitable selection of the material, the brass tubes are not plated before use, chemical composition of condenser cooling water is changed and the residual carbon film is on the walls of tubes and so on.
