射频凝固刀治疗子宫出血疗效分析

摘　　要：目的异常子宫出血(AUB)为功能性子宫出血及子宫肌瘤引起的月经过多出血,通过B超下射频消融治疗来观察其疗效。方法采用高射频消融凝固刀对134例AUB中功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)和子宫肌瘤的患者实施B超引导下子宫内膜、子宫肌(腺)瘤射频消融术,观察月经量、子宫内膜厚度、子宫肌瘤缩小等方面的变化,若子宫肌瘤及内膜消融术同时治疗称双消融。结果子宫出血治愈80例(59.20%),显效45例(33.58%),总有效率96.26%,子宫肌瘤平均治愈率92.58%,双消融治愈率98.53%,单纯子宫肌瘤治愈率73.33%,两者差异具有统计学意义,P<0.005。结论凝固刀在AUB中的子宫肌瘤、DUB治疗中,具有疗效好、操作简单、时间短、创伤小、安全、经济的优点,避免了子宫切除。Objective To study the curative effect of radio frequency on patients with abnormal uterus bleeding（AUB）. Methods Radio frequency ablation therapy was used in 134 patients with .AUB （dysfunctional uterine bleeding or uterine myoma）. The changes of bleeding amount,thickness of endometrium and size of myoma were observed. Results In patients with uterine hemorrhage,80 patients（59.20% ） healed,45 patients （33.58%） improved markedly,the total effective rate was 96.26% ;the average cure rate was 92.58% in patients with uterine myoma. The cure rate of both-ablation was 98.53% ,in patients with uterine myoma only ,the cure rate was 73.33%, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusions Radio frequency ablation therapy is an effective, smiple, and safe treatment for patients with dysfunetion.al uterine bleeding or uterine myoma. Conclusions The using about solidify knify is a good effective , operate smiple , saving time, mi - nimally inv asive, safe and ecnomie treatment for AUB of uterine myoma or DUB.
