摘　　要：目的探讨苦参片联合知芙保治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法将106例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组56例和对照组50例,治疗组口服苦参片,1.75g/次,3次/d,同时皮损处外用知芙保,早晚各1次;对照组仅外用知芙保,用法同前。治疗时间为8周,治疗后观察2组的临床疗效及皮损变化情况。结果治疗组有效率及皮损消退情况显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论苦参片联合知芙保治疗寻常型痤疮,有较好的临床疗效。Objective To probe into the clinical effect of the combination of Ku Shen Plan and Zhi Fu Bao on common ache. Methods 106 patients with common ache were divided into treatment group（56 patients） and control group（50 patients） randomly. The patients in treatment group were treated with Ku Shen Plan and Zhi Fu Bao;the patients in control group were treated with Zhi Fu Bao only. The clinical effect and skin pathological change of the two groups are observed after the eight-week treatment. Results The effective rate and the change of skin in treatment group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusions The combination of Ku Shen Plan and Zhi Fu Bao is effective on common acne.
