摘　　要：以沙坡头水利枢纽有限责任公司为研究对象,依据目前企业经营状况、财务预测数据等资料,通过企业不同财务情况下选择不同还贷方式对股东收益影响的比较,以及测算不同贷款偿还期下每年的还贷额和贷款年利率对还贷额的影响,制定出一套符合股东利益最大化的还贷方案。This dissertation takes Shapotou the hydro- junction limited company as the object of study, according to the present materials of company management condition and financial forecast data, through the influence comparison of shareholder income in different way of repaying, as well as under the reckoning of different loan repayment period and the loan interest rate annoy influences the repay volume, then formulates a set of loan repay plan to conform with benefit maximization of the shaxeholders.
