摘　　要：事项管理为企业市场与非市场行为的研究提供了一种动态的过程视角。通过对企业市场与非市场行为及其整合在事项发展过程中的纵向演进研究,总结出对我国在该领域研究的启示,将事项管理理念融入企业市场与非市场行为的研究中,强调行为与环境演变联系的动态性过程研究。The issue management has provided a dynamic process perspective for the research of corporate market and non-market activities. Based on the lognitudinal evolution of the corporate market and non-market activities and its integration in the process of developing issues, Summarize the enlightment to the field of China. We should lead the issue management into the research of corporation market and non-market activity, emphasize the dynamic research connected the behaviour and enviornment evolution.
