摘 要:以二乙醇胺为起始原料,在Cu/Zr催化剂存在下,与氢氧化钠脱氢(氧化)反应生成的亚氨基二乙酸(IDA)二钠盐收率达95%;采用固体IDA法生产双甘膦,反应收率高达97%;双甘膦氧化采用空气(含氧气体)氧化法制备草甘膦,反应收率达95%,草甘膦原药含量达97%以上。并通过采用膜分离技术提浓草甘膦母液、回收脱氢反应废气中的氢气制备双氧水、改进双甘膦制备过程废水和废渣的回收利用,使IDA路线草甘膦生产工艺基本实现了安全、节能、环保和资源充分利用的清洁生产和循环经济,并提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本。95% Fractional yield of IDANa2 was obtained by adoption of Cu/Zr catalyst for dehydrogenation of diethanolamine. 97% Fractional yield of PMIDA was obtained by using solid IDA method. High quality product with 97% content of glyphosate was obtained by using air(oxygen bearing gas) oxidation method to synthesize glyphosate from PMIDA, and the fractional yield of glyphosate was 95%. Furthermore, by application of membrane separation technology for concentration of glyphosate mother liquid, recycling H2 from dehydrogenated waste gas for preparation of hydrogen peroxide, and recycling and utilization of wastes in preparation of PMIDA, clean production and circulate economy was realized in the preparation of glyphosate by iminodiacetic acid, which is in a high yield, low cost, safety, high efficient utilization of resource and energy-saving process.
