摘 要:用聚氨酯为囊材,以水为介质,利用界面聚合方法制备20%毒死蜱微胶囊悬浮剂,研究了囊材、物料配比、助剂、转速、温度等条件对合成毒死蜱微胶囊悬浮剂的影响,确立了以PM-130、TMN-350的预聚物为囊材,0204-C、宁乳-33为乳化剂,CZ为开孔剂,得到了较佳的反应条件:毒死蜱原药50g,囊材2.5g,乳化剂1.0g,开孔调节剂CZ0.019g,水190g,反应温度63℃~68℃,反应时间4~5h,剪切转速8000~9000r/min。大田试验表明,与同等剂量的20%毒死蜱乳油相比,20%毒死蜱微胶囊悬浮剂对花生田蛴螬防效稍高。Chlorpyrifos 20% CS with polyurethane wall were prepared by interfacial polycondensation in aqueous medium. The effects of reaction conditions such as capsule compound, feeding ratio, additives, stirring rate and temperature etc on synthesis were studied. The oligomer of PM-130 and TMN-350 as coating materials, 0204_C and NINGRU-33 as emulsifier, and CZ as cell opener were established. The optimum processing conditions were obtained and presented as: chlorpyrifos 50 g, coating materials 2.5 g, emulsifier 1.0 g, CZ 0.019 g, H2O 190 g, reaction temperature 63-68 ℃, reaction time 4-5 h, stirring rate 8000-9000 r/min. The results of field trials showed that chlorpyrifos 20% CS was little more effective control on peanut grub than chlorpyrifos 20% EC at the same rate.
