摘　　要：邓小平在与以美国为首的西方国家的斗争中对人权作了深入的思考,逐步形成了自己的人权思想。邓小平是从经济发展基础、稳定的政治环境、集体和主权的至高无上等角度来思考人权的。这对于当前的人权建设有重大的理论和现实意义。Deng Xiaoping has made a thorough thinking of Human rights with the conflict of the western nation of American gradually formed leader, and his own human rights thoughts. He considered human fights from the economy development base, stable political environment of general situation, collective and the supreme sovereignty, which are still of the important significance of theory and reality in our human rights construction.
