胆总管及胰管改变在胰腺癌影像诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:研究胰腺癌患者胆总管(CBD)、胰管的变化规律,为胰腺癌的早期诊断提供依据。方法:对100例正常成人组和70例胰腺癌组进行CT扫描,并对CBD、胰管前后径进行测量。结果:正常胰腺的CBD的前后径为(4.96±1.61)mm,胰管前后径(1.89±0.71)mm。胰腺癌患者CBD、胰管扩张。结论:胰管及CBD的扩张可作为早期胰腺癌诊断的影像形态学指标。Objective：To study the CBD and the pancreas managing of pancreas of patients in pancreas cancer, and provide early diagnostic gist for pancreas cancer. Methods： To measure before and after foot - path of CBD and the pancreas managing, and CT value of pancreas in 100 cases of natural adult group, 70 cases of pancreas cancer group. Results：In natural adult group, the bdore and after foot- path of CBD were 4.96±1.61mm, the before and after foot - path of pancreas managing were 1.89 ±0.71mm. In pancreas cancer group CBD and pancreas managing dilated. Conclusion： Aggrandizement of CBD and pancreas managing were by way of image morphologic index of early diagnostic for pancreas cancer.
