摘 要:合成了中间产物3,5-二氯水杨酸丁酯,讨论了反应过程中催化剂和溶剂的影响,产率为98%。合成了化学发光母体双(2,4-二氯-6-羰丁烷氧苯基)草酸酯,产率为60%,鉴定了其结构。对所合成的草酸酯发红光化学发光体系进行了研究,分别考察了过氧草酸酯,荧光剂,催化剂,氧化剂及溶剂对发光时间和强度的影响,确定了最佳配比,发光时间达6 h。The intermediate compound butyl 3,5-dichlorosalicylate ester was synthesized. The effects of catalyst and solvent on synthesis were studied. The yield was 98 %. Bis (6-butoxycarbonyl-2, 4-dichlorophenyl) oxalate ester as an energy source was synthesized and confirmed. The yield was 60%. Various factors affecting the light life and the light intensity of the chemiluminescence system such as peroxyoxalate ester, fluorescence agent, catalyst, oxidant and solvent were also investigated. The optimum formulation was obtained, and the system chemiluminescence life time was 6 h.
