摘　　要：学习型组织理论作为发掘人的最大潜能的一种新型管理理论,它的基本理论内涵与思想政治教育理论在思路、目标、内容、方法上有着许多相似或相同之处,研究学习型组织理论有助于思想政治教育的理论创新。Learning organization is a new type of management theory to explore people＇ s potential.
