摘　　要：金融稳定职责的确立,标志着人民银行履行职责的成功转型,人民银行承担起了维护金融稳定的全局责任和社会责任。基层人民银行也应积极转变工作职责,全面改善金融生态环境,搭建信息平台,防范化解辖区金融风险,履行好维护辖区金融稳定这一重要职能。The establishment of financial stability duty marks the successful transition of People＇s Bank of China to assume the overall and social responsibility of maintaining financial stability. Grassroots＇ branches of People＇s Bank should also actively transform responsibility, overall improve financial ecological environment, set up information platform, prevent and dispel financial risks and carry out the principal responsibility of maintaining financial stability.
