摘　　要：班主任是构建和谐班级工作的关键点和核心。为此,班主任需要做耐心的思想政治工作,加强安全教育创造安全环境,选拔培养一支具有良好素质的班干部队伍,推行公平合理的奖励机制等。Class director is the core and key to construct harmonious class. So the class director should undertake patiently ideological and political education, enhance the safe education, provide a safe environment, cultivate a cadre troop with good diathesis, and practice a fair, reasonable encouragement mechanism.
