摘　　要：空港物流加工区是临空产业的重要载体,国内外一些发达的城市都建立了空港物流加工区.大连在发展临空产业方面有一定基础,建立大连空港物流加工区将有助于推动产业结构升级和加快城市化进程,并助推东北亚重要的国际航运中心的建设步伐.从空港物流加工区概念入手,在分析大连优势条件和存在问题基础上,提出建立空港物流加工区的总体思路、功能定位、产业重点、功能分区、管理模式及相关政策措施.Airport logistic industry area is the important carrier of airport industry.Many airport logistic industry area are built in some developed cities.there is good base in developing airport industry in Dalian.If we build airport logistic industry area in Dalian,it will be helpful to construct important international shipping center of northeast Asia.The concept of airport logistic industry area and advantage and disadvantage of Dalian are analysed.It provides a way of consbuction,function,key industry,function distribution,management model,and measures of constructing airport logistic industry area in Dalian.
