摘 要:提高轧管机主机头运动稳定性对改善钢管的轧制质量有着较大的影响。本文通过对LD-15型轧管机的工作机架进行运动学分析,推导出主机头的运动加速度的解析表达式。以此为基础建立数学模型,对与轧管机主机头运动稳定性密切相关的曲柄半径、连杆长度和分别做了优化设计,并对优化结果做了分析,主机头运动稳定性有明显的提高。本文推导的数学模型为提高轧管机稳定性进行优化设计提供了数学基础,方法可行。Improving the motion stability of the main head of tube rolling mill has great influence on improving the rolling quality of the tube. Via the kinematical analysis of the working frame of LD-15 tube rolling mill, the analysis expression of the acceleration has been derived. Based on this, mathematical model has been set up, optimization design has been made respectively for the crank radius and connecting rod length which are closely associated with the motion stability of the tube rolling mill main head, and the optimization results has been analyzed and show that the motion stability of the main head is obviously improved. The mathematical model derived in this paper provides the mathematical basis for the optimization design which is to improve the motion stability of the tube rolling mill, and this method is feasible.
