摘  要:目的:以松脂醇二葡萄糖苷(Pinoresinol diglucoside)为对照品,研究部分环剥技术采集的杜仲原生皮和再生皮中松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的含量,为生产上推广应用部分环剥技术采集杜仲药材提供理论依据。方法:采用《中国药典》方法提取并检测杜仲原生皮与再生皮中的松脂醇二葡萄糖苷,色谱条件为SymmetryC18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(25∶75),检测波长277nm。结果:杜仲再生皮中松酯醇二葡萄糖苷的含量显著高于原生皮。结论:部分环剥技术采收杜仲既可保证药材质量,又可促进药材资源的可持续利用。Objective: Taking the pinoresinol diglucoside for compare subject, to study the pinoresinol diglucoside content determination of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. initial skin and new skin which deal with the technology encircle peel tree, in order to provide principles for theory evaluation of the technology encircle peel tree produce. Methods: The analytical column was Symmetry C18, the mobile phrase consisted of MeOH -water (25: 75 ) , the UV detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results : The amount of pinoresinol diglucoside in the new skin was higher than in the initial skin. Conclusion: The technology of encircle peel tree not only protect the resources of crude drug, can also persist utilize the crude drug resources.
