摘　　要：目的:制备苦参总碱肠溶片,并建立体外释放度分析方法。方法:采用湿法制粒制备片芯,以欧巴代OY-P-7171为包衣材料,并采用HPLC考察其体外释放影响因素。结果:压制硬度适宜的苦参总碱片芯关键在于稀释剂的种类和用量,使用的薄膜衣材料的性质决定了药物在胃液中和肠液中释放。结论:制备的苦参总碱肠溶片在胃液中几乎不释放,在肠液中迅速释放。Objective： Alkaloids of sophora flavescens enteric - coated tablets was developed, and the method of drug release was established. Methods： Alkaloids of sophora flavescens enteric - coated tablets was developed using wet granulation and with Opaday OY -P -7171 as coating materials. The behavior of enteric coated tablets was evaluated in vitro by dissolution tests and determined by HPLC. Results： Two parameters were critical in preparation of the tablet： the sorts and the amount of dilunts. The coat weight was the significant factor of drug release. Conclusions ： Alkaloids of sophora flavescens enteric - coated tablets prepared did not release matrine and oxymatrine in 0. 1 mol L^- 1 HCl solution, but release matrine and oxymatrine rapidly in pH 6. 8 phosphate buffer.
