摘　　要：在实践中,一旦发生提单纠纷,提单管辖权条款的效力就成为争议双方首先要解决的问题。我国在立法上可以采取区域性开放式的立法。In practice, once the B/L disputes arose, the effect of the Jurisdiction Clause in B/L became the first important question to the parties. In order to resolve the disputes arising under the B/L, the author pointed out that giving the complaints the rights to choose the jurisdiction is a better way to resolve the disputes arising under the B/L.
