摘　　要：基于Linux具有良好的开放性和较强的可移植性,嵌入式系统和计算机网络被广泛应用在各个领域;本文结合网络控制芯片CS8900A来详细地讲解开发嵌入式网络设备驱动程序的主要步骤和实现的关键过程。Embedded system of Linux and network will extensively apply to various scopes more and more, because Linux has good open style and it can be transplantable, Combining to network chip of CS8900A, this paper will talk the primary process about how to design a driving program of network equipment particularly,and emphasize on how to define the major data structure explanatorily.
