摘　　要：引导和帮助大学毕业生树立理性的择业心态,是高校毕业生就业指导工作中的一个重要课题。当前大学生择业中存在的就业心理倾向和就业难引发了一些心理问题。解决大学生就业难,关键是大学生自己要转变观念、调整心态、振奋精神,同时也需要学校加强就业教育和就业咨询服务,为大学生顺利就业提供咨询和指导。It is an important topic to guide and help university graduates to set up the rational attitude in hunting job in the task of guiding university graduates how to find a job. the psychological favors of the current university students in hunting job, the key to solve dif- ficulties in getting employed is that the university students must transform the their idea, adjust their view and inspire spirit, at the same time, universities should also strengthen the employment education and consultation service, and provide instruction and guidance for university graduates.
