摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,数字鸿沟已成为一个世界性问题。我国高校图书馆也存在数字鸿沟,并制约着自身的发展。加快图书馆信息化进程,实现以人为本的管理模式是解决高校图书馆数字鸿沟的关键。With the rapid development of information techniques, digital gap has become an international issue. This gap also exists in China＇s college libraries and has hindered their further development. It is a vital approach to deal with the digital gap by accelerating library＇s information process and adopting a new managing mode of people-orientation.
