摘　　要：肠黏膜通透性是指肠黏膜上皮容易被某些分子物质以简单扩散的方式通过的特性,是反映肠屏障功能的重要指标。本文重点从肠黏膜通透性的检测方法及治疗方面对肠黏膜通透性的研究进展作简单的综述,以期为医疗研究提供借鉴。　Intestinal permeability refers to the feature that some molecular material can easily go through intestinal epithelium in simple diffusion,which is an important index reflecting intestinal barrier function.This article mainly discusses study progress of ntestinal permeability in its detecting method and therapy in order to provide reference for medical research.
